Ryan (Tsung-Hsuan) Wu

Ryan joins MIT with six years of experience working at Envision Investment Management, a real estate private equity management company focusing on the residential and hospitality markets in East Asia. During this period, he has been immersed in all stages of the investment process from market analysis, fundraising, underwriting, acquisition, development, asset management, to disposition. He has also gained hands-on experience in a wide range of project types, including residential developments, structured financing deals, and value-added hospitality projects. Through the broad and end-to-end investment opportunities, he has developed the core competencies required to create value in the real estate investment industry.

At MIT, Ryan aims to broaden his scope internationally and strengthen his knowledge of the complex real estate development process. This is because he has seen how development played a key role in creating and determining value in the projects he was involved in. In the long term, he aspires to create alternative investment channels for Taiwanese real estate investors through cross-border investments.

Ryan was born and raised in Taiwan. He graduated from National Chengchi University with a bachelor’s degree in Land Economics and a double major in Economics. In his free time, Ryan enjoys hiking, jogging, reading and traveling.
