Seunghoon Lee was a postdoctoral associate at the Sustainable Urbanization Lab in CRE. He focused in understanding how households respond to environmental policies and the resulting welfare consequences. His research combines economic analysis with methods and data from natural science to answer pressing policy questions, particularly in the area of natural disasters and waste management. Before graduate school, Seunghoon worked at the Ministry of Economy and Finance in South Korea. He received BA in Economics from Seoul National University an MPP from Harvard University and his PhD in public policy from the University of Chicago.
