Logan (Robert) Fawcett

Logan joins MIT with five years of real estate finance and development experience. Prior to his graduate studies, Logan worked at The Boyer Company as a Project Manager, responsible for all aspects of the development process including deal sourcing, financial analysis, project management, obtaining city entitlements, construction management, and leasing. He worked on numerous large industrial, multifamily, and BFR townhome projects, including the development of the one million square foot “111 Commerce Center” building in West Jordan, UT.

Before joining The Boyer Company, Logan began his career with PEG Companies, a full-service real estate investment firm, where he worked in several roles related to investment strategy, investment management, and capital markets. As an Associate at PEG Companies, Logan was responsible for sourcing and establishing a relationship with a state pension fund that later became the firm’s largest institutional LP and co-investor.

Logan grew up in Maui, HI, and Yakima, WA, and served a two-year church mission in Frankfurt, Germany. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In his free time, Logan enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing and watching sports, and exploring the outdoors.
