Andrew joins the MIT MSRED program with diverse experience in real estate capital markets and corporate strategy. As an Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Korea, he was involved in advisory deals exceeding $2 billion across office, logistics, retail, and hotel assets. During his time at JLL, Andrew played a critical role in shaping complex investment strategies, focusing on uncovering untapped value in key transactions and developing tailored financial solutions that catered to both domestic and international investors. He built strong relationships with global stakeholders and gained deep insights into cross-border deal structures and market dynamics.

After JLL, Andrew joined Hyundai Capital Services, where he contributed to the Hyundai Motor Group’s Smart City Initiative. His work focused on strategic analysis, exploring trends like adaptive workspaces and urban air mobility, while developing long-term strategies to integrate these advancements into real estate development. These experiences deepened his interest in merging sustainability with innovative valuation approaches, enabling him to view real estate from a more holistic and future-oriented perspective.

Going forward, Andrew is eager to explore new approaches to value assessment in an ever-evolving market, with a particular focus on identifying emerging growth drivers and translating them into effective, forward-looking strategies. He aims to apply these insights to shape investment decisions that align with both financial objectives and societal impact.

Outside of work, Andrew is a passionate traveler who has explored over 40 countries, and he enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing golf.
