Amanda (Wenzhuo) Lei

Amanda (Wenzhou) Lei joins MIT MSRED after working for her family business in real estate development in China. She has been engaged in various aspects of her family’s real estate business, including deal sourcing, project management, and sales and marketing.

At MIT, Amanda aspires to systematically study the full lifecycle of real estate development, while expanding her knowledge in such areas as real estate finance, sustainable urbanization, and leadership in real estate.

Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Grinnell College and a Master in Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. When she is not working or studying, Amanda can be found playing Texas Hold’Em, reading, working out and happily spending time with her family.
