Rohit is an architect from India with 6 years of experience working in the real estate and construction industries with experience of leading design strategy for residential and mixed projects, and reimagining design development workflows through digital innovation. Passionate about shaping future cities as inclusive environments for all, Rohit joins MIT aspiring to be a socially and economically conscious real estate developer.
Prior to joining MIT, he was employed at Godrej Properties, a prominent real estate development firm in India where he managed the design development for a residential portfolio of approx. $300 million consisting of over 4000 residences along with related amenities. He has also worked with WS Atkins, an international design, engineering, and project management consultancy, as an architect contributing to the design development for commercial and hospitality assets at Qetaifan Island North, Qatar.
